Nick and I live in a one bedroom apartment it is a very nice size at 960 square feet, but I felt that we needed to "Maximize Space" (Word of the month Nick is sick of it lol). I wanted to make sure that everything had its own place and we could find it easily. I made a list of everything that we needed to accomplish and just this past week I got to cross off a ton of things. By the way I love you Nick! He worked so hard at installing shelves and then taking them down (Totally my fault) and then putting them up again, filling holes in the walls after I mark the wrong spot. (It was all my fault I'm pregnant what can I say?)Anyway you get the idea he did alot for me.

I wish I had a before picture to show the impact of the change that was made, but imagine there being only two shelves parallel to each other on opposite walls and 3/4 of the way up the wall. NOW: There are six shelves in the shape of a "U". The top shelf will be for all our baby things including clothes, toys, blankets and all other things baby.

This is our entry closet to the apartment we installed two more additional shelves to store FOOD! I wanted a food pantry to help out with storage in our kitchen and now we definitely have a ton more space in our kitchen for what ever we need for our baby boy! The same day I deep cleaned the Kitchen and reorganized every drawer and cabinet it was so fun, but I felt the pain the next day for sure.

This is the other side to the entry closet: Food and Laundry, Recycling below and dinner trays against the wall. This was so fun to do because it had such a dramatic result.
