I love being a mom my two babies are my life they bring so much joy to our home, it would be very hard to imagine a world without them. I mean just look at these two goof balls. How can you not smile at that? Even though I love them It doesn't mean that everything they give I automatically love, like the extra weight I gained and the hundreds of stretch marks yikes . Being the large babies that they were (Weston 9 lbs 13 oz and Skylette 8 lbs 7 oz) I gained a considerable amount of "Baby Weight" over 120 lbs combined between the two pregnancies. I have been having difficulty trying to stay motivated to lose my baby weight this time around. So today I decided to start recording my weight loss/health journey in hopes that it will help me to stay motivated, positive and proactive. Ok we are officially the Ghettoest Apartment in the complex Nick has created an ingenious structure. The night I took this picture was a playoff game between the L.A. Lakers and Orlando Magic a must see mainly be Nick wanted the Magic To win (He Hates the Lakers and So do I). This makeshift tower designed for the reception for our local channels was contructed out of books magazines end tables filing boxes and who know what else. I had to take this!! However we did get to see the game and it came in crystal clear to bad the Magic Lost. :(
Nick and I thought that since his parents were down we would go for a drive sot hey could see the country side and all the fall colors. We were so fortunate to find this area its known as the Washington State Park. George Washington that is. It is very close the Crystal Grottoes which I already posted below, both are located about an hour and a half from Baltimore which is considered the country. We saw some of the cutest small towns I had ever seen. The whole trip was like we very in a movie (Has any one seen practical magic? The town they lived in? It was identical I swear) we had so much fun the whole day was so peaceful and calm. This is the entrance to the park, we had to drive for about five minutes to get the the parking lot so we could get out and walk to the monument in the center of the Park. Isn't this idealic? Erected in Memory of George Wachington, this was the Monument we were hiking to. I didnt get a picture of it but just imagine a huge circular fireplace with st...
