What a month not only was it Christmas and the New Year but we also celebrated my 21st birthday and our anniversary! It was an exciting month for us we have been married for one year now and still going strong. Nick totally surprised me and took me to salt lake City for my birthday, we went to dinner at P.F. Changs and attended a Play at the Hale theater. (The Christmas Carol) it was definitely a memorable birthday. For Christmas we got to go back to Washington and see the family, although the weather was horrible we made it to and from Washington safely. Nick made out like a fat rat he got an Ipod Video Classic and Guitar Hero with 2 guitars. We also got allot of food storage and emergency preparedness items from my parents, for some reason I got the impression that my mom might be afraid the world is coming to an end. Well it has been a fun break from school despite all the working, but school starts up next week and we have to get down to business again. Nick is finishing up his...
Baltimore, Maryland! It's official thats where were headed! We leave the first week of August, 2009. School starts August 31st. Nick and I are so excited to move we will miss every one so much but this is such a great opprotunity for us. Living in a Big City is going to be so fun we are just 3 hours from New York, and right by the ocean and there is going to be so many fun things to do. I'm not excited for the drive 40 hours in a car all by my self while Nick is driving in front of me in the Penski truck all by him self, we just might go insane.
New York here we come... New years in New York what a dream come true we stayed with some great friends and they showed us the town. We walked everywhere from China Town to the Brooklyn Bridge to Times Square it was so packed and there were so many drunk people it was hilarious. We had the best Chinese food in China Town (Lemon Chicken was to die for). Later we spent the night in Queens. It was definitely a night to remember. The tolls were outrageous! We paid over 60 bucks from Baltimore to New York! $8 dollar tolls nuts! WE MADE IT!! All the bright lights! View from Brooklyn Bridge it was so cold up there! Good ole Mickey D's I love this picture just by looking at this picture you know your in Times Square so fun. (or Vegas lol ) We took the Staten Island Ferry to the Staten Island and on the way we saw the Statue of Liberty is was very surreal! The Statue of Liberty Nick and I at the top of Brooklyn Bridge Grand Central Station it was huge and very impressive with all th...
